Important notice! 

Reviewing abstracts of some tracks and in particular on Track 9 is still going on, results will be announced as soon as the review process is finalised.

Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts (in English, Spanish or French) are to be sent by 20 January 2018 using the Easy Chair platform (links below).
  • Abstracts (2-3 pages) and papers (10-20 pages) have to be related to the general topic and subthemes presented above.
  • The notification of accepted abstracts will be made through the Easy Chair platform by 25 January 2019 at latest.
  • After acceptance by the Scientific Committee, final versions of the papers (in English, French or Spanish) are to be sent by 15 May 2019 at latest.

  • Abstracts and papers in English, Spanish or French
  • Max. length: abstract (2-3 pages) – papers (10-20 pages).
  • Compatible formats: Microsoft Word (.doc, docx).
  • 12-point max. font, double spaced, 2.5-cm margin all around. References may be single spaced.
  • Be sure to number the pages.

Economies are currently divided into four income groupings: low, lower-middle, upper-middle, and high. Income is measured using gross national income (GNI) per capita. The low and lower middle income economies form a single category B. Romanian participants are included in the category “C countries”.

For the Conference:

–          The high income economies belong to category “A countries”;

–          The upper middle income economies belong to category  “B countries”;

–          The low and lower middle income economies form a single category  “C countries”.  Romanian participants are included in the category “C countries”.

** Accompanying persons do not attend the congress sessions.  They are entitled to: opening ceremony and welcome drinks reception, coffee/tea/refreshment breaks, lunches.
